Josh is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Adjunct Faculty in the M.S. Counseling Psychology Marital and Family Therapy (MFT) Program at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½. Josh currently works in Private Practice serving adults who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and career issues. Josh also specializes in working with Neurodivergent clients. Josh is trained in a variety of therapy modalities to include; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Self Compassion in Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory in Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and is certified in music-based therapies called the Safe and Sound Protocol and Rest and Restore Protocol. Josh has experience working in non-profit’s, county mental health, and transitioned into this career field after spending 16 years as a financial manager with the U.S. Department of Defense.
