As part of the ongoing process of faculty professional development at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½, the Faculty Affairs and Development Committee has access to limited funding to encourage professional growth, thanks to the Hewlett Foundation Endowment. 2013-2014 Faculty Development Mini-Grant Application
The President’s Diversity Council is accepting applications for faculty mini-grants of up to $1,000 for professional development projects, faculty-sponsored programs, and departmental projects. The purpose of each mini-grant is to enhance the understanding and appreciation of multiculturalism, diversity and/or global society at California Lutheran University. Examples of faculty development are curricular enhancement (e.g., civic engagement, pedagogy, course development, etc.) and professional development (e.g., research-related materials, research assistants, conferences, etc.).
