Our orientation experience is designed to give you a strong foundation as you begin your journey as a staff member at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½.

Whether you’re joining in person or remotely, you’ll gain valuable insight into our mission, values, and resources, as well as the many ways you can grow and thrive here.

For Staff

During your orientation session, you will:

• Learn about Ä¢¹½´«Ã½â€™s mission, history, and core values.
• Receive a high-level overview of employee benefits, policies, and programs.
• Meet colleagues from across campus and connect with other new hires.
• Get familiar with the tools and systems you’ll use in your role.
• Ask questions directly to Human Resources staff and campus leaders.

Orientation is designed to be interactive, informative, and welcoming — come ready to learn and engage!

• When: Sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the month.
• Where: Sessions may be held in person or virtually via Zoom or Teams (check your email invite).
• How to Join: You’ll receive an email from Human Resources with your session’s date, time, and registration details.
