Email Templates

Need to develop an email for your event, program, or campaign? We can help you get started with a brand-aligned HTML email template or optimize your current template to generate the attention it deserves.

How to get started

CLUme is Ä¢¹½´«Ã½'s recommended platform for sending mass emails to internal or external recipients.

1. Request CLUme access from ITS
   Contact the ITS Help Desk to request access to CLUme. Be sure to include a description of the target audience/recipients you will need to send to and who the email campaign "sender" should be (e.g., Center for Student Success, Office of Research, Campus Ministry, etc.).
2. Get trained
   ITS will guide you through a live training of CLUme and provide you with access.
3. Build your template
   If you would like help building your email template after you're trained, please email us for assistance at web@CalLutheran.edu. Responses are provided in 24 business hours.
