Resident Assistantships
Resident Assistants (RAs) have the opportunity to help residential students in their educational journey. Through their leadership, development of communities, management of incidents that arise, and balance of administrative duties, RAs support the diverse needs of residential communities at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½.

The hiring process for 2027-28 Academic Year RAs and 2027 Summer RAs will be held
in the
Spring semester of 2027, starting in January!
Attend an info session to learn more:
- Monday, January 25th 4-5pm in Swenson 101
- Tuesday, January 26th 11:15-12:15pm in Ullman 100
- Wednesday, January 27th 6-7pm in Mt. Clef Lounge
- Thursday, January 28th 6:30-7:30pm in Grace Lobby
- Friday, January 29th 12-1pm in Overton Hall
You must attend an info session to gain access to the RA application.

Our selection process held in Spring of 2027 is for all RA positions, including:
- Resident Assistant (RA)
- Living-learning Community Resident Assistant (LLC RA)
- University Theme Houses Resident Assistant (Houses RA)
- Summer Resident Assistant (Summer RA)
There are four core components of the RA role:
- Student Leadership
- Community Development
- Policy & Incident Response
- Administration
