By four months in, you should feel more confident in your responsibilities and how your work contributes to Ä¢¹½´«Ã½â€™s mission. You’ll also complete your first performance review at 120 days, which is an opportunity to reflect on your experience so far.

  • Participate in your 120-day performance review with your supervisor.
  • Discuss what’s going well and where you may need additional guidance or resources.
  • Attend campus events or consider getting more involved in volunteering, committees, or other activities.
  • Share feedback with Human Resources about your onboarding experience.
  • Continue building and strengthening relationships across campus.
